Popular fitness centre Central Coast Leagues Fitness has unveiled a brand new name to compliment the transformative refit-out of the facility.

The fitness centre, now known as Coast Fitness HQ, has undertaken an extensive renovation comprising a complete equipment upgrade and a refresh of the member facilities.

Executive Manager Khan Davie has overseen the exciting project, developing a world-class fitness centre that rivals local competitors. These upgrades align with the venue’s upcoming renovations, delivering a brand-new food and beverage precinct for members and guests.

“The name Coast Fitness HQ brings our business to the forefront of bigger gyms on the Central Coast”, says Khan Davie, Executive Manager. “The name encompasses authority, community, and originality”.

The most notable change to the venue is the addition of new cardio and weightlifting equipment from renowned fitness brands Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. The world-class equipment offering is a standout feature for fitness enthusiasts, solidifying the gym’s position as the go-to fitness precinct on the Coast.

With the introduction of new group fitness classes, such as Sweat X and Metcon, the gym offers training programs for all ages and abilities.

The upgrade to Coast Fitness HQ indicates the Club’s ongoing commitment to creating a modern, transformative health space that raises the bar for members and guests alike.
